Dufi is a Mexico-based service marketplace designed to connect users with trusted professionals. The project focused on transforming Dufi’s existing brand identity into a cohesive, functional UI system while improving the overall user experience.

The original onboarding and core flows felt generic and lacked personality, closely resembling other service-based platforms. The goal was to move beyond a standard onboarding experience and create a more engaging, authentic product that reflected Dufi’s values of trust, simplicity, and opportunity - while also restructuring the UX to support clarity and ease of use.

The design process centered on translating Dufi’s brand palette and tone into a digital experience that felt warm, modern, and human. Visual elements were refined to create a consistent system across onboarding, navigation, and core interactions.

Alongside the visual work, the UX was reorganized to simplify key flows and improve hierarchy. Onboarding was redesigned as a guided experience rather than a passive entry point, helping users understand the platform’s value from the start. The result is a more intentional and differentiated experience that balances usability with brand expression.

The redesigned experience established a clear and cohesive design identity that now lives consistently across the app. The new onboarding flow defines the full entry path into the product, guiding users through a more intentional and engaging experience from the first interaction.

The solution has since launched, delivering a more distinctive and brand-aligned interface while improving clarity and flow throughout the onboarding journey.
